Help with Joining Our Church

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in becoming part of Queen of Peace Church.

I’m Father Jim, and I want you to know how truly meaningful it is when someone feels called to join our parish family. Whether you are new to the area, returning to the Church, or looking for a place to grow deeper in your faith, you are warmly invited to worship with us and experience the life of our community.

At Queen of Peace, we are more than a place you attend—we are a family of faith. By registering as a parishioner, you take an important step in becoming an active member of that family. Registration helps us to know you, serve you, and walk with you in your spiritual journey.

There are many blessings and practical benefits to being a registered member of a Catholic parish, including:

  • The ability for our priests and staff to be able to connect with you & be in communication with you when needed
  • The ability to receive and properly prepare for sacraments such as Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, and Marriage
  • Eligibility to serve as a sponsor or godparent
  • Access to pastoral care, including visits to the sick and support in times of need
  • Participation in parish ministries, programs, and events
  • Official parish records and documentation when needed

More importantly, registration connects you to a community that will support you in faith, celebrate life’s joys with you, and stand with you in times of challenge.
